How to Order & Checkout Process

Because every portrait is a 100% custom, hand-drawn piece of art, we do not use a standard "Add to Cart" checkout. Instead, we use a personalized 5-step ordering process to ensure your artwork is perfect.

Send Your Photo (Consultation)

Start by emailing us at info@deepaksart.in or messaging us on WhatsApp (+91 9810543028) with the photograph you want to be sketched. Our artist will review the photo for clarity, lighting, and detail.

Select Size & Medium

We will guide you on the best paper size (A4, A3, A2) and medium (Graphite Pencil, Charcoal, or Watercolor) that suits your photo and budget. We will then provide a final, transparent price quote including shipping.

Secure Advance Payment (Checkout)

To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment is required.

  • For Indian Customers: We will share our official UPI ID, QR Code, or Bank Account details.
  • For International Customers (USA, UK, etc.): We will email you a secure Stripe Invoice Link or a PayPal payment link. You can pay securely using any major Credit or Debit card.

Artwork Creation & Approval

The artist begins drawing your portrait (usually taking 4-7 days). Once completed, we will send you a high-resolution photograph and video of the artwork. You review it, and if you are 100% satisfied, you clear the remaining 50% balance.

Secure Shipping

The artwork is sprayed with a protective fixative, safely packed in a hard PVC tube, and handed over to our courier partners (Delhivery, FedEx, DHL). A tracking link is instantly shared with you.
