1. Order Processing Time

Since every portrait is 100% hand-drawn from scratch, order processing times refer to the time it takes the artist to complete the artwork.

  • Standard Portraits (A4/A3 Size): 4 to 7 business days.
  • Large Portraits (A2 or Multiple Faces): 7 to 14 business days.

Once the artwork is completed and approved by you, it is shipped within 24 hours.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping across all states in India.

  • Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • Courier Partners: Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, or India Post Speed Post.
  • Tracking: A tracking link will be shared with you via WhatsApp and Email as soon as the package is handed to the courier.

3. International Shipping (USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia)

We regularly ship our custom portraits globally. International shipping is calculated at the time of quotation based on the artwork size and destination country.

  • Delivery Time: 7 to 12 business days after dispatch (varies by customs clearance in your country).
  • Courier Partners: FedEx, DHL Express, or Aramex.
  • Tracking: A fully trackable international AWB number will be provided.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

When shipping internationally (outside India), your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Deepak's Art has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

5. Secure Packaging Standard

Your artwork's safety is our top priority. We use premium, damage-resistant packaging:

  • Rolled Artworks: Wrapped in acid-free butter paper, bubble-wrapped, and sealed inside a highly rigid PVC pipe or thick cardboard mailing tube.
  • Framed Artworks: Protected with foam corners, multiple layers of bubble wrap, thermocol sheets, and placed in a custom-sized corrugated box.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

While rare, transit delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or customs holds. If your tracking link hasn't updated in 5 business days, please contact us at info@deepaksart.in. If a package is officially declared "Lost" by the courier partner, we will either provide a full refund or draw and ship a replacement portrait at no extra cost to you.
