Clear, well-lit photos work best. If I can zoom in and see the details of the face clearly, it makes for a much better drawing. If you are unsure, just send what you have and I will check it.
Yes. As long as I can make out the main features, I can draw it. I can even fix minor damages or blurriness in the drawing process to make the final portrait look clean.
