Send your photo over WhatsApp or via our online order form. I check the lighting, clarity, and resolution to confirm it has sufficient detail for a sharp hand-drawn sketch.
50% Advance & Drawing
Confirm your size and pay a 50% advance via UPI or card to lock your calendar slot. Drawing takes 3–5 days for small portraits, or 7–8 days for large/couple portraits.
Preview & Air Dispatch
Inspect final photos and video on WhatsApp. Once you approve, pay the balance amount. The portrait is packaged in a rigid PVC tube and dispatched via Air Express to Mumbai (4–5 days).

Are you physically based in Mumbai?
No. Deepak's Art operates exclusively from our independent studio in Patel Nagar, New Delhi. Every sketch is drawn by artist Deepak personally and shipped to Mumbai via trusted Air Express couriers. We deliver to all pin codes across South Mumbai, Western Suburbs, Central Suburbs, Navi Mumbai, and Thane.
How many total days will it take for my portrait to reach Mumbai?
Total turnaround is divided into drawing and transit. Drawing takes 3–5 business days for small single-person sketches (A4 or A3), and 7–8 business days for large sizes (A2) or multi-person couple/family portraits. Once dispatched, Air Express transit from Delhi to Mumbai takes 4–5 business days. Please plan 8 to 13 days in advance of your event.
How do you protect the sketch from Mumbai's humidity and rain?
We take extreme care of weatherproofing. Finished sketches are treated with a light artist fixative to prevent graphite or charcoal smudging. The paper is layered with acid-free butter paper, vacuum-wrapped in plastic film against coastal humidity, and sealed inside an unbreakable PVC pipe. Your portrait arrives clean, dry, and flat.
Can you deliver directly to a corporate office in BKC or Lower Parel?
Yes. Many corporate clients order portraits for retiring directors or colleagues. We deliver directly to company addresses in BKC, Lower Parel, Nariman Point, Andheri MIDC, or Airoli. Just provide the recipient name, department, building floor, and contact number at the time of order.
What if the artwork gets damaged during courier transit?
Damage in our heavy PVC pipe packaging is virtually zero. However, if any physical damage occurs in transit, we take complete responsibility. Simply share unboxing photos within 24 hours of delivery, and Deepak will redraw and reship your artwork at zero additional cost.
What are the payment terms and modes accepted?
To begin drawing, we require a 50% advance. The remaining 50% balance is payable only after you review and approve the final high-resolution preview photos on WhatsApp. We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking via Razorpay.
